Another Obama Administration Cover-Up in Soldier-Taliban Swap

It barely took a day for the Obama Administration to go from trumpeting the release of soldier Bowe Bergdahl by the Taliban in exchange for five terrorist leaders to tucking tail and making excuses for what appears to be yet another illegal, not to mention amateurish, move by the president and his staff.

At the White House press conference May 31, President Obama proudly announced the deal, saying, "(Bergdahl) wasn’t forgotten by his country. The United States of America does not ever leave its men and women in uniform behind."

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey said, "Today we have back in our ranks the only remaining captured soldier from our conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan. Welcome home, Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl."

So why aren't Bergdahl's former squadmates and their families happy to have Bergdahl back?

Well, it seems to have to do with the apparent fact that Bergdahl wasn't captured but had abandoned his post willingly and deserted his unit.
